نايات الروح..حنين

في الرحلة الثانية.. لمعرض "نايات الروح .. حنين" .. هناك ضوء في كامل المكان والزمان والأشياء التي سكنتنا وسكنّاها .. رموز تتكلم وتشعر وتتألم كالإنسان .. وتجيد الانتظار بلغة الحنين .. وكل ما هو أروع على وجه الأرض؛ في حياة الإنسان ومعنى الجمال والحب من الواقع حتى الحلم..

هنا الوجوه الحيّة التي رأيتها داخلي .. الشبيهة بالخيول والأشجار والنساء والطيور والبحار؛ بوصفها قوى للطبيعة .. وهي تتألم دون أي ذنب إقترفته في رحلتها باتجاه النور .. لكن لم ينته الحلم .. لأنني مثل الطفل الباحث دائماً عن ثدي الأرض في كل مكان، ساعيا خلف الحرية والأمل والحنين لعناق سمائها وترابها وهوائها .. لمعانقة "أم سعد" لغسان كنفاني و"زمن الخيول البيضاء" لإبراهيم نصرالله.

 Soul Flutes…Nostalgia

In this second journey of “Soul Flutes…Nostalgia” a light fills the entirety of place, time and things that have inhibited us as well as those we have inhibited. Symbols that speak to us, and feel both joy and pain just as a human being does. They know how to wait using the language of nostalgia. They also depict the very best of our lives, one of beauty, love, reality and dreams.

I have seen these faces, filled with life, within me, taking on the forms of horses, trees, women, birds and seas. Forces of nature, they hurt innocently while on their journey towards the light. The dream, however, is not over yet. I resemble a child eternally searching for the comfort of the Earth, seeking freedom, hope and nostalgia to embrace the sky, earth and air, to embrace Ghassan Kanafani’s “Um Saad” and Ibrahim Nasrallah’s “Time of White Horses.”
