"Mohammad Nassrallah … The Guardian of the Light I often say that an artist paints himself … truthfully or untruthfully. The artist that is the most true to himself in his paintings is Mohammad Nassrallah. It is his painting - only his - and it is different from any other. It is unique, very special, and intimate. It has the purity of his spirit and the transparency of his vision of the world … his world and its inviting simplicity.

His paintings restore clarity to art and create joy and pleasure, as if caressing our dreams and the innocence of beauty and nature. In his paintings, we see the world as we desire to see it: the earth that spreads out easily and assuredly; the sea that rolls away quietly; the sky that makes you dream of flying. It is a friendly geography; one that is at peace with itself and the space around it.

Mohammad Nasrallah's art is, without a doubt, demonstrative of significant quality and uniqueness, but it is neither haughty nor abrasive. Mohammad admitted to me that he might discontinue this stage and move on to a new experiment. This exhibition will, therefore, acquire special importance to all those who loved and followed his work. "محمد نصرالله .. حارس الضوء كثيراً ماكنت أردد أن الفنان يرسم نفسه ، سواء كان صادقاً أو يكذب .. أكثرهم صدقاً وتشابهاً مع لوحته وتماهياً فيها هو محمد نصرالله ، هي لوحته هو – فقط – وتختلف عن أي لوحة لغيره ، متفردة ، خاصة جداً ، وحميمة فيها نقاء روحه وشفافية رؤيته لهذا العالم / عالمه .. وبساطته الآسرة . اللوحة التي تعيد الصفاء للفن وتخلق البهجة وكأنها تداعب بحنوٍ أحلامنا وبراءة الجمال والطبيعة ، الكون كما نشتهي أن نراه ..الأرض التي تتمدد بطمأنينة والبحر الساكن كأنه يعبره بقدمين حافيتين والسماء التي تغوي بالطيران ، جغرافيا ودودة متصالحة مع ذاتها والفضاء حولها ..

لا أحد ينكر أهمية الحرفة العالية والتقنية الخاصة التي يتمتع بها محمد نصر الله، لكنها ليست متكلفة أو جافة، فهي لازالت طرية فيها الكثير من العذوبة وقادرة على إحداث الدهشة، في كل لوحة تخدم فكرته وتغري أي محترف أو مشاهد على كافة مستويات الذائقة والتلقي بالإقتراب منها ومحاولة لمسها لإكتشاف سحرها .. هذه الجدلية البسيطة المُراوِغة الذكية في توزيع الكتلة والفراغ بما يقترب من واقعية الطبيعة. في ذات الوقت شاعرية المشهد ونقاء الرؤية وتوزيع اللون في الفضاء الجديد كسوناتات مرهفة، تعزفها أصابع رقيقة وأنفاس الساكسفون لعازفٍ متجول يكره العزف في العتمة ويحب مناغاة / مناجاة الضوء .. محمد .. اعترف لي أنه قد يتوقف عن هذه المرحلة و يفكر أن يذهب لتجربة جديدة ، لهذا سيكتسب هذا المعرض أهمية خاصة لكل من أحبوا وتابعوا تجربته هذه ، ليرتاح المُبدِع قليلاً أو كثيراً للسفر نحو فضاءِ مختلِف لانعرفه وربما لايعرفه هو أو أنه يرسمه في مخيلته بانتظار أن يتجسد على لوحاته القادمة الجديدة .. عصام طنطاوي ."
